Guests will arrive to an assortment of appetizers to get their palates revved up for a few hours of fun with food.
Once settled in, everyone will slip on chef hats, aprons, divide into teams, and get cooking for 90 minutes.
As a collaborative cooking class, everyone will pull together to create a flawless dining experience consisting of a multiple courses.
First Course: the first group will focus on making the first impression and our appetizers are all the rage. Popular appetizers include: Spring Rolls, Salads, Assorted Satay with Sauces, and Galettes.
Second Course: the appetizer has set the bar, now it’s time to take it up to another level. The second group will on the entree, and expectations are high. Popular entree options include: Salmon Steamed in Parchment, Pan Fried Lamb Steaks with Thyme, Risotto with Figs and Prosciutto, and Cioppino.
Third Course: the first and second course were great, but let’s be honest, the best part of any meal is the dessert. From whipping cream from scratch to learning how to get the right baking parameters for the perfect level of molten-ness in your lava cake, you’ll impress your sweet-toothed colleagues before too long. Popular options include: Chocolate Molten Lava Cake, Tropical Fruit Flambe with Vanilla Ice Cream, Profiteroles, and Sweet Crepes.
