We’re all born knowing how, but somehow along the way, we forget.
In our meditation classes, we re-focus on our breath, and its many shapes. Our breaths will guide us, will slow our mind, and teach us how to be present, learning how to connect our thoughts to our bodies. By the end of class, we will have learned to use our breaths to calm the nervous system and reap the benefits of improved memory, reduced anxiety, and lower blood pressure.
Learn to let go of the things that no longer serve you, and leave focused and calm.
